Dr. John Paul Hoying, MD

Absolutely no complaint against Dr. Hoying. I have been a patience for many years. I get Xeljanz from CVS specialty every month for about 4 years now. Up till last month, no problem. They call Dr. Hoying's office and get the ok for a refill. This month and last month I ended up being out of medication for about 7 days. CVS says that they call the office twice and no response from the office. The office tells me that CVS has not called and they have tried to contact CVS with no responce. I end up with promises that Hoying's staff will call me back when they contact CVS. No one calls me back. Here I sit with no medication, again. Sarcasm alert: Jesus got better treatment from Pilate.

Dr Hoying is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr.

I met Dr. Hoying when I was referred to him by a dermatologist who recognized the classic System Lupus Erythematosus symptoms that had flared. I became his patient in 1987 and he has seen my lupus flare in all sorts of ways, but he's always remained calm and helped me deal with the vicissitudinous nature of SLE.
