compassionate and well informed, he is also able to explain the physical brain and how and why it produces physical symptoms in response to certain types of emotional stress. this is most helpful in dealing with anxiety and PTSD. he also clearly explains the best methods for counteracting or avoiding the unwanted physical symptoms.
