Horrible his staff is the worst , extremely rude , do not answer phone and when they actually do they hang up on you !!!! Go to another doctor ! Not worth it !!!!

Best local PCP you will find. Easy appointments, great staff, listens to any issues and very thorough diagnosis and follow up

In my opinion you cannot find a better Doctor than Dr. Hylton. Knowledgeable, caring and compassionate, I challenge you to find a Dr. with a better bedside manner while receiving the best medical care! If your a nervous patient, he has a very calming personality and spends as much time with you not rushing you thru your questions. He takes as much time that is needed to answer all your questions and it is very evident he really cares. Great care without being an alarmist! If you are looking for an internist you wont be disappointed. I love him!

Doctor Hylton and the PA and their assistant are great. But you got to get past the front desk staff. They are rude, leave you on hold forever. Leaving a message doesn't do any good cause you won't get a call back. Its a shame because he is a good doctor! Thinking I need to get a new primary because as I get older and will probable need more visits and check ups etc. I do not want to be stressed by the lack of a uncaring staff. Why are they doing the job anyway if they can't be kind. This should be job requirement!

Been a patient a while , love Dr.Hylton . Some new faces over the years but always friendly . New referral person does referrals on computer and fast ! Amazed how quick I can get referrals now

Was a patient of for a few years. Dr Hylton, the PA & phlebotomist are very good. However, there was a bunch of new faces of the clerical staff. The office hours do not coincide with their phone hours. If they do answer the phone, they rudely just put you on hold, without a basic formal greeting. You can sit on hold forever, anticipating that they might actually come back to your call. Call back immediately, they don't answer. They do not return calls, left on voicemail. I've had to go to the office to talk with them. They do not forward required info, for Dr that you are referred to by them. Referrals require numerous calls & extensive waiting period. They are only there to collect a paycheck, with the minimal amount of actual work, for their job description. I just transferred to a new primary. written by John McCauley

Changed to this Dr. because of commuting, but experiences from making appointments, Rude receptionist, not able to even ask about my follow-up results, you name it - what a mistake!!
