Dr. John Arthur Iceton, MD

I went in to see Dr Iceton after having knee pain so intense I couldn’t walk some days, which caused me to have to take a leave of absence from work. Iceton unfortunately did not believe I was experiencing the symptoms I told him I was, which I found out by reading his official notes on my file. He stated that he thought I was faking pain to get out of my “decorating” job (I work in sales, didn’t listen to me at all). It turned out I had severe autoimmune induced arthritis from SIBO. I understand this is outside of his field of study but his total dismissal of my symptoms caused me to lose 5 months of pay because my insurance saw his notes in which he accused me of faking. I still have PTSD from this time in my life when I was pleading for help and I’m so much pain and he didn’t want to believe or help me. It’s really sad, and it pains me to think of anyone else going through that.

My wife and son have been treated by Dr. Iceton and was impressed with his explanations of the issues and treatment. I have had two recent office visits with him and was again impressed by his thoroughness in determining the cause of my knee problem, and explaining my options for treatment.

It's so nice to have a doctor that takes his time and cares about his patients. His staff is also great- no sliding glass between patient and staff....sweet girls!
