I was treated with respect throughout the entire appointment process. The wait time for the actual appointment was a bit long, but it was understandable under the current pandemic restriction conditions. I am thrilled with the intake process because they actually "listened" to my health history, although it was obvious they were a bit rushed at times. They responded well to a subtle, gentle verbal nudge to slow down a bit here and there. It was fair enough though and I am glad to have experienced a productive and highly informative visit. Overall, nice staff, nice Ortho MD (Dr. Irving). They actually spend the time to educate you and provide you with options. Both Rachel and Dr. Irving have an exemplary bedside manner. Dr. Irving clearly has extensive experience and education, which made for a highly informative and enlightening visit. After suffering for 10 solid months of excruciating pain and not having a diagnosis or prognosis, Dr. Irving made a significant and positive difference… for me moving forward. I am glad my friends recommended him. Truly grateful. Thank you for all you do! The respect and courtesy given to the patients. Thank you!

Dr. Irving was great, he took his time explaining everything to me even though he was running late I never felt rushed. I look forward to my surgery and not having pain in my knee. I could hear him with the previous patient and knew why he was late, I could hear him making sure that fellows concerns were taken care of.

My concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently with compassion. The concern & understanding expressed towards my situation were greatly appreciated.

Dr Irving is the go to hip specialist. However he is amazing with knees as well. He airs on the side of caution. Gave me a knee injection room that resolved all pain and it’s goung on 5 years.

My hip was bad...so much pain it impacted the quality of my life. Dr. Irving, his PA and his very professional staff told me I needed a hip replacement. I was very anxious over the surgery. They put me completely at ease. I was told (and shown) what would be done, it was performed exactly as indicated. I felt no pain. The outcome was perfection. This is a competent, careful, tuned in, empathetic, expert. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend. Had a total Hip replacement 66 days ago. Surgery was easy, Milford Hospital is a small, CLEAN very caring facility, Doctor and staff awesome. Recovery much easier than I was expecting.

his nurse (Rachel ) is so rude - does not return calls and does not call meds in when she said she would - her tone and attitude needs adjusting - I will never go back just because the thought of dealing with her again is not appealing

He is a wonderful man and a terrific surgeon.

I know that there are many orthopedic specialists but Dr. Irving stands out because of his kindness, professionalism and the expertise of his two-incision surgery, which he used on both my hips for bilateral surgery. I was in the hospital 4 days, went directly home as opposed to a rehab center, and was driving in a little over 3 weeks. Amazing.
