Dr. John Bing Jiu, MD

Dr. Jui is not what he use to be. I used him most of my childhood, so I thought there would be no one better to use for my 7 month old son. During our visit the specialist ran a hearing rest on my son, referred us to a specialist due to failing test. Dr. Jui then came in and told us "looks like he is getting tubes" after making him read my son's chart, he then realizes he didnt need tubes, but In fact DID need a specialist! He didnt even bother to read his chart! He told us that he had no fluid in his ears and that we would recieve a call for a referral for a specialist. Fast forward 2 days, my son is at his pediatrician because he is in alot of pain, come to find out he has a ruptured ear drum due to massive amounts of fluids built up In his left ear, that Jui said was completely fine! This is by far the worst thing that could happen when you expect a professional to diagnose your child properly. We will never be back, and I strongly encourage ANYONE who is considering using him to… steer far away! I never thought a doctor could be so careless and unprofessional!

Stay away from John Jiu. He will not own up to his mistakes.
