I was discharged before I was even seen and left without medication, horrible service

This practice does not treat you as a person, you are treated like a paycheck. They don't have a chain of custody for ua and I know of people who have found fraudulent billings and no response in their charts.

Suffer from Dystonia as well as spinal damage (car wreck)and was treated for spasms and pain related to dystonia. Done regiments of shots on trigger points over extended period of time and was the only relief I got from any doctor. He's very knowledgeable in this area and though the shots can be painful at times I found the results well worth it.

Dr. Johnson is excellent. Cumberland is blessed to have him.

After waiting 1 hour and 47 minutes you would think they would spend more than 3.72 minutes with me. I suppose that's why the information they put in my chart about me is wrong! So glad I left this clinic!!

I was so pleased with everything - very timely response to my referral, kind and concerned staff, timely appointment for procedure, skill and bedside manner of Physician. Don't have a negative thing to say!

The nurses at this clinic seem to run the whole program. This doctor is rarely ever in the office, he does not care about your pain. The nurses treat you like you're a child in time out. My dad was kicked out of this pain clinic after they called an hour before they closed for him to go in for a pill count, he was at work at that time. Please do not waste your time with this so called "doctor" or his arrogant staff.

If you have back / spine problems and/or back pain don't see this doctor! He does not care about your pain issues and does not listen to the patient.

Time management is an issue at this office. The NP s are good, that's who you see except if a visit with the doc is warranted. The appt in which I saw the doc, the waiting time was short and he was great at figuring out what my issues are and trying the best approach to address them. Regular visits with the nurses takes upwards of two hours at least.
