Dr. John Alexander Just, MD

This is a joke. He is the most Horrible doctor I have ever met. I failed a drug test even though I had taken 4 pain pills the day before. I asked for another drug test and he said no. Never smiles. I would not send my dog to this man.

Kelly in reception very rude. Refused to have the doctor speak to me about test results. No personality.

I have been seeing Dr. Just for sometime now due to a head injury from an accident. He and his staff have always treated me with kindness. I have never had an issue with them whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone.

The visit felt rushed and the staff looks very unprofessional.

Did not want to spend time explaining test results and got upset when I asked questions. Was late to the appointment. The staff was just as rude and condescending.

The doctor himself is nice and knowledge able but his staff is not the nicest. If someone is going to work in the health field they need to have kindness and empathy for their patients. Patients coming to the doctor are in pain and may be scared or nervous and don't need someone to talk down to them.

Bad experience overall.

I will not go anywhere else I love this office and staff, Melissa and Lori are more than just the people I see every month at his office I consider them friends. Dr just has always been very caring and he is on point with my treatment plan and I’ve suffered from migraines and the medicine he gave me for them helped tremendously!

I don’t understand the bad reviews, Melissa and Lori have been wonderful to me! Dr. Just is the same, he will listen to me whenever I need to talk. He is a very good doctor. He’s helped me with my mobility as well as my migraine headaches. I won’t go anywhere else!
