Dr. Seth Gerard Spotnitz, MD

I just had an office visit with this man. he was very unfriendly. very brash. very cold. he was a degree from rude. any other doctor would be than under his advise.

Dr. Spotnitz spent a lot of time explaining my condition, his exam was very thorough. His staff was very kind. He reviewed my medications and explained each medication indications and side effects. He answered all my questions at level I could understand.

I went to this Dr hoping to get some answers and to find out what was wrong with me. It took me nearly a year to have several different test that he wanted done. Heart workup(still don't understand why), MRI of my back that I had already had in the past, blood work ect. It cost so much to have all these done, but I obliged. After waiting months on each of these appointments, they were finally complete and it took another month to get back in with him. I had to deal with his rude staff and had them reschedule me on several occasions. When the day finally came to see the Dr. he basically told me all those things were fine and that maybe I had fibromyalgia. He said he don't treat that though and sent me out to the receptionist to make referral. She said that the type of Dr he wanted me to see don't treat that and she can't make me any promises, but she'll call me back. Well it's been 4 months and I still haven't heard from anyone. They literally don't care.

We were 10 minutes late due to horrific weather. The snotty receptionist refused to work us in. When I walked in to get the paperwork for the next visit, I noticed there was Not even one patient waiting in the waiting room. Pathetic policy, manners or empathy for old people trying to get in to see this doctor. Don't waste your time with this office ! This staff should be ashamed of themselves !! They deserve zero stars . Too bad that's not an option.

This is the most uncaring Doctor Office I have ever experienced. After waiting a month to have a test done, two reminders that I Had Better Be On Time, and less than 48 hours, I was left a message that he wouldn’t be in the office that day and I would have to reschedule. What a crock!! I will never go back!

This doctor has none. After 39 yrs, one would think he was taught how to appreciate his patients, maybe in medical school.

I was told, in writing , to be there 30 minutes before my appointment. I stood in a very dirty hallway for 25 of those minutes.....10 minutes later I was told I had to reschedule and would have to again be there 30 minutes early or not be seen....why?

Arrived within 5 min of appointment time. Signed in and sat down. About 10 min later called to front and told would have to reschedule because I was late. That I had to be in exam room at appt time or reschedule, "doctors rules".

Not doctor srving patient. Arrogant. Poor. Grade.

Routinely waited over two hours, but when I was 20 minutes late due to a problem obtaining my CPAP print out and had called to advise of my delay, I was told I had to reschedule. Even though only my wait time was impacted, I had to reschedule. Didn’t happen. Found another doctor with only an hour wait time. Obviously the patient’s time is unimportant, but the office rules must be enforced - because they are the rules.
