Dr. John Chris Kefalas, MD

From the day I had my open MRI done until the day I was released from the hospital I was well informed of my physical situation and the procedures that would be done to correct it. The MRI showed that arthritis had consumed my right hip and joint. Dr Kefalas and I went over the MRI photo and he explained how he could correct my situation and that I would need to get a total hip replacement. I thanked him for his time and then got back to his office and scheduled the procedure. This whole process was professional and his office handled working with my insurance company and setting up the surgery. Well , I got out of the hospital after one day and had a Rehabilitation plan in place and the items that I needed to handle this. Dr. Kefalas checked on me several times in the hospital and explained the next moves,he is a very sincere knowledgeable surgeon and caring man. I would highly recommend his services to anyone going through this trying time in their life.

Was sent to see Dr. Kefalas after a fracture and was able to get into the office the next day. Friendly staff and very prompt. Nice doctor and he was pleasant, helpful, and easy going. Gave me good information and showed me the fracture on MRI. I would go back to him and would recommend him to others. Nice guy and professional!

Total knee replacement went great. A truly gifted surgeon.

Exceptional . . . takes great pride in his work. Bedside manner - perfect. Follow up - perfect. Takes personal interest in patient. Great interaction with family members. Highly recommended, the best in his field.

His staff was the only thing I liked about this doctor. He kept me waiting forever and then did not care of apoligize after waiting over an hour and a half. The staff kept apoligizing and was professional. The office manager was also very rude when I tried to talk to him about the situation.
