Drove a whole hour to go see him and he met me at the door and told me he wasn't seeing me bc i had already been seen for my elbow. Obviously not competent enough for him to have read that i was there for another elbow problem. Rude, condescending, hateful, disrespectful, .....just straight up undesirable person. Horrible experience.

Dr Brustein is excellent, great manner and only does what he's capable of, deserves 5 stars, but the wait times are horrible, you will be there roughly 2 hours (based on 4 appnts).

Professional, good bedside manner, funny explains each procedure step by step and the Time frame it will take to correct your condition.

This office is a joke. Left me waiting 45 min to get surgery site marked because "the receptionist didn't know what I was there for". I had an appt, was there on time, and signed in. Went back to get stitches out, was called back pretty quickly, nurse took out stitches, then waited an hour for the dr. When my husband opened door to see if they forgot us he was spoken to rudely by the nurse. Almost made me late for an appt in St louis the 1st time and missed a reservation for grandaughters birthday the 2nd time.

If you have several hours of your life to WAIT, then this is the surgeon for you. After 2 1/2 hrs I finally left without rescheduling. Staff is rude & have no personality at all. I like the Dr and he's done two surgeries for me but I'm facing a new issue & am considering a different Dr due to the staff rudeness & the long wait times (everytime) for an office call.

a very good surgeon, but he doesn't push the surgical options exclusively. Wait times can be long, but he spends adequate time with the patients and answers all questions.

He is an excellent surgeon. I had a non-union clavicle fracture and Dr. Brustein operated on me. He was very professional, explained the procedure, answered any questions that I had and did a fantastic job (clavicle is healing well). I highly recommend him. The wait time isn't that bad. 20 - 30 minutes for a very skilled doctor -- I'll take that every time.

The wait time for appointments is horrible at least an hour in the waiting room and another 1-1 1/2 hour in the exam room before seeing him, they seem to schedule alot of people for the same time. Also his receptionist is extremely rude and seems stressed out because of people questioning why they are waiting so long HMMM!,and the nurses are not very friendly, too bad because he's actually a nice guy who really knows his stuff but I would really consider seeing someone else because of the wait and rude staff.

The man knows his stuff. Dr. Brustein is very professional; yet, down to earth. I felt very confident before; and now, after my wrist surgery.
