Dr. John Jay Keizur, MD

Absolutely terrible office staff. Rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. I made an appointment more than 2 1/2 months ago. The day I showed up, they had lost the record of my referral and the appointment. When I contacted my referring physician, I found out the Palouse Urology staff had lost TWO MONTHS of referrals and appointments from his office! The Palouse Urology office staff made no effort to put things right. They could care less. Avoid this office if at all possible.

Never actually saw him, but the office scheduling is a disaster. Called 2 times, told the Hospital had to schedule. Called Hospital and told to wait for a call from office once referral is done. No call in 2 weeks. Called again and told they can't schedule me. My Dr office called and was told hospital had to schedule...yada yada. Finally called Spokane Urology and they saw the urgency in my situation and got me scheduled in 3 days. Much better experience. It seems their scheduling problems outweigh the patient's needs.

Had a very terrible experience!! Would not recommend anyone to go to him.

Art's 91st birthday finds him in fairly good health. The bladder cancer is gone for now and the bladder bleeding has reduced. Maybe no more blood transfusions for awhile. We are very grateful to Dr. Keizur and staff for giving Art more time on earth with a quality life and no pain the past 18 months and hopefully in the future.

Those vicious, bad reviews posted here and on a few other websites are totally meaningless. Dr. Keizur has successfully treated my husband often for a year now. We could not have asked for a better physician and surgeon. It is likely someone bent on getting revenge, it is easy to do so. Those caustic statements sound phony to us. Dr. Keizur is outstanding, compassionate and caring. He received the Physician Excellence Award from PRH for year 2016.

Very competent and compassionate. Answers all our questions. He is always positive about the outcome (so far); not negative, makes us feel better about the procedures. Friendly, though not very talkative. Staff is fabulous. We never have to wait very long for the appointment. We greatly appreciate that he is in Pullman.
