Dr. John Laurence Keltner, MD

Dr. John Keltner is an ophthalmologist and neurologist with over six decades of medical experience. He earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed his residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital. With 61 years of dedicated practice, Dr. Keltner brings extensive expertise to the care of patients with complex eye and neurological conditions.

Dr. Keltner practices at University of California Davis Medical Center and sees patients at multiple locations throughout Sacramento. His clinical expertise focuses on treating glaucoma, including open-angle glaucoma, as well as cataracts. He performs comprehensive eye exams, retinal imaging, and optical coherence tomography to diagnose and monitor various eye conditions. Dr. Keltner's dual specialization allows him to address both the ophthalmologic and neurological aspects of patient care.
