Always has time for me. Really listens.

He is brilliant. He has made diagnoses others missed. He listens and spends time with you, so you have to wait sometimes but he's always more than worth it. I'm pretty sure he has an eidetic memory (which may help explain why he's so goo.

The Office Manager could be much nicer and accommodating. It is confusing to walk into the Office and No One Greets you or easily acknowledges you. Very Rude and unprofessional. Both of the women are extremely grumpy at times also. The Turnover of the Primary Nurse assisting Dr. Kihm is disturbing also. This means there is something wrong somewhere and I honestly think it is due to the Office Manager or the other Nurse. Those two have been there a long time and they appear to have too much control over EVERYTHING! Dr. Kihm has put a great deal of trust and faith in these two which I sometimes think is a mistake. THEY (the two women) DO NOT want any change and there are many areas that need updating especially the technology but it is my thought that they control Dr. Kihm rather than him controlling him. However, it is VERY DISTURBING to constantly have new Nurses assisting the Doctor. As we age, we do not like change. I see many Nurses who assist the Doctor until Retirement. … We, as patients, want to see a Nurse who is familiar with us. I think that should be of great benefit to the Doctor also. However, Dr. Kihm is an EXCELLENT/BRILLIANT Doctor that will go the extra mile to listen to you and find out what is wrong with you. He will also let you contact him at other times if necessary. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. KIHM TO ANYONE. Everyone should complain if they feel the same way about the Two Women. They could possibly be losing Patients for this Practice. It would also be nice to have a Doctor on-call when Dr. Kihm is out of town. Very scary when you call there with what you feel is an emergency and he is not there. I think Dr. Kihm could earn more money if he paid a retired Doctor or PA to cover when he is gone. It would certainly make me feel more at ease.
