Dr Kim is always professional and gives you plenty of time to ask questions. He explains everything in terms you understand. I will use him to do my next surgery in Oct. Dr Kim is by far the best at looking out for my eye health.

Dr Kim is a good listener, knowledgeable and capable of helping those who have cataracts and glaucoma.

The staff is so nice and very pleasant to talk to. Everyone takes their time with you and are not rushed. Dr. Kim is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his staff at Pacific Eye Institute.

I thought everyone was friendly. The girl who checked me in was chewing green gum, and she was very, very nice. Dr. Kim was deficient into the point, very limited time. I didn’t like waiting in the waiting room so long and I didn’t like waiting in the little side room that you have to see the doctor But overall, I thought it was a good.

Love Dr. Kim and his staff they are always so nice and thorough. Thankful for all they've done to help my mom with her glaucoma issues and I know she feels confident with all Dr Kim has done and continues to do.

All the testing went smoothly and the waiting time was not long.

Not sure what to think. I waited a long time while hearing him with another patient but when it came to me, I felt I got the bum’s rush with a 10 min session about cataract surgery. I’m still debating. He looked rushed when he came into the room.

Dr Kim was polite, explained everything to me and appears to have done and excellent job!
