John Dominic Kplorfia

John Kplorfia, DNP is an Army Veteran and a healthcare professional who is licensed to provide holistic family centered primary care to populations across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric). He has extensive experience in a variety of ambulatory (urgent care and non urgent) and inpatient care settings where he provided primary and subacute care. He has great accomplishments in the following areas: Pain management including trauma, arthritis, idiopathic pain, fibromyalgia-certified Suboxone prescriber, geriatric care, diabetes management, Hypertension, Elevated cholesterol, Coumadin and clozaril dosing, weight loss management, women health as well as annual physicals and sports physical. He provides comprehensive care to patients while promoting a collaborative and patient-centered approach to care delivery.
