Worst wait at Drs office. They won’t give you an update on how long it should take. They just keep telling you that you’re next, but they never call you. You watch everyone else go in, but you’re stuck waiting. Everyone in the overcrowded waiting room is saying the same complaints about the wait times. The waiting area has more people than seats available, so you’re left standing and waiting until the room clears out. Then, there are no cleaning of the chairs in between patients. With Covid spreading so easily, I would like to see better cleaning habits at a Drs office. I don’t exactly feel safe here, especially since a gentleman in the waiting room admitted to the staff of having Covid recently. That would have been a prime opportunity for them to sanitize the waiting area! I waited in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time and not once was anything cleaned or sanitized. Once in the room, the waiting game started all over again. This was another unsanitary… area with an overflowing trash can! It shouldn’t be that hard to keep an area clean. They also had very limited supply of hand sanitizer available to the patients. There was an empty bottle at check in and none in the exam room.

A consistent inability to take or return a phone call, follow thru in a timely manner and completely overbooked in all time frames creating a stressed staff and high volume of distressed clients.

Dr. Lane doesn't care to see your MRI's or spend more time with the patients to explain what the outcome will be after surgery. He doesn't take patients seriously! He cares more about money and his business than the patients.

This doctor comes in and spend a very short time. He really does not do a very good exam. The office does not return messages. A chiropractor correct diagnosed me then this doctor. I believe he recommends his friends pt location which is not good.. I personally would stay away.

Scheduling way to many people and cannot maintain basic service levels. A visit to their office is like being in the middle of a cattle drive.

Dr. Lane operated on both my shoulders. I have perfect range of motion. When I had a torn meniscus there was no question that I would go back to him. The reason he is often late is because he is that good. He spends time with his patients and his staff is wonderful. I've never been unhappy.

I saw Dr.Lane about 7 years ago for a knee injury through work comp. Dr.Lane performed knee surgery and my knee was great for 7 years, I could hardly see the incision scars. Dr.Lanes office was alot smaller then and service I felt then was great. We know 7 years later I am having problem with the same knee. I went back to see Dr.Lane and his office is 3x as big as it was and things are falling through the cracks I had my MRI authorized for 4 weeks through the insurance company and Dr.Lanes office took forever to make me an appointment. Then I need surgery again and they never sent in the surgery paper work to the insurance company. My adjuster said she never received it. Not sure who was to blame but that was another month wasted and me still being in pain I was not please. Finally when surgery was Authorized it took another 6 weeks to make a surgery appt. The waits are long in his office as well. But when it comes to a talented Surgeon you have to wait as he is excellent at his job,… if I didnt have such a great outcome with my last surgery I would of not waited this long. Hope that helps.

I WAS REFERRED TO DR. LANE AFTER ANOTHER DR. BOTCHED MY SURGERY. HE APPEARS VERY COMPETENT, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A LONG WAIT BEYOND THE APPOINTMENT TIME (AVG 45 MIN). STAFF IS MINIMALLY COURTEOUS.

I have seen this Dr 10 times now. His office is EXTREMELY disorganized. You will always wait 1/2 - 1 1/2 hours to see him. He spends about 4.5 mins with you, doesn't believe in giving pain medication (but loves cortisone injections $), even if you are in severe pain. Gave inaccurate info to my LTD Ins. company, resulting in my claim being denied. Now I'm soon to be homeless and only after 1 year did he refer me to a Neurologist, which he should have done long ago! Stay away! Trust me, I have a lot of experience in the medical field.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lane for 20 years. Yes, the wait time is long on some days. Dr. Lane has corrected a couple of surgeries I had by other doctors, and I have no symptoms after the corrective surgeries. Dr. Lane is very meticulous, and I have had positive outcomes from every surgery he has performed;shoulder, knee, ankle , back and thumb surgeries. One thing I appreciate most is he will ask for referrals from peer doctors if he is not sure what is the best course of treatment is. Yes his staff is busy, but I have always been treated with respect and compassion. Dr. Lane is not knife happy, he will exhaust every conservative form of treatment prior to surgery. I have been treated by several other docs over the years, and Dr. Lane is by far the best. I usually call about 45 minutes prior to my appointment, to see if he is running behind, that way I know I may have a long wait, but his expertise is totally worth it.
