Joanne is the rudest, least professional secretary that my family has ever encountered. We called her up because our primary care doctor told us that we were supposed to send insurance info to this office before the next step (which we weren't told when we were there). We called the office to verify and send our info, and when we called back weeks later--Joanne said that we had never called initially. We provided her with the date, time, and information discussed in our last call, and she still denied that it ever happened (and VERY RUDELY, my mother was shaking by the end of the call). People are here for MEDICAL CARE, often times with very serious conditions--and she cannot muster up a little bit of human empathy (or even distant professionalism!). If she had just told us that she lost the record of our call and we would need to begin the process again, we would have had no problem with that. But instead, she was rude and almost cruel.

Entered patient’s room did not introduce himself asked no questions. He abruptly removed a dressing causing severe pain. He then proclaimed a biopsy was not needed and that the wound was cancerous. He had not reviewed the patient’s chart he had no idea what came before him by many other doctors who had never mentioned cancer. He also comlained about how busy he was and he didn’t have time. Shame on him!

Receptionist: How dare you speak to my sister or anyone the way you did. I am coming after you. People are calling this Doctor with mostly scary diagnoses!!!! To speak the way you did because she simply asked for a fax number again is incredible! If the Doctor is any good, we will never know because of you. Better pray that someday your not put in the same situation......bet you would hope people would be understanding, empathetic.

Joanne the receptionist is either his wife or family, not sure how else she could be kept in the position she is in. Dawn M. nailed it, she is rude, mean and if Doctor was good we are cancelling appt. for my mom before she ever gets past receptionist. Will be giving her piece of mind and writing to the Doctor in case he does not read his reviews.

I called to make an appointment today. The woman by the name of Joanne was very rude and confrontational. It seemed as though she didn't want to be bothered. She was very short and her tone was condescending. Because of her, I did not make an appointment. Dr. Langenfeld, your staff is a reflection of you. If your staff treats potential patients poorly, I can only imagine how you treat them. Dawn Williams

I called to make an appointment for first time and the lady Joann on the phone seemed annoyed and very sarcastic while asking questions before making an appointment. I automatically knew that this is definitely not the right option for me to go for my health care. If this is the first impression of the office and a representation of the doctors I rather take my service somewhere else. From the reviews online I know I made the right choice.

He saved my life bottom line, I am 46 years old, he wound up taking my entire lung but I felt confident it was the best decision, this guy although not the friendliest or compassionate guy you'll meet he truly is a professional in his field. I am grateful to him and the lord above for another day, holiday, night with my family or ride on my motorcycle

Will never go back to him he seamed like I was bothering him Waited examining room hour and a half .i know doctors are busy so I understand ,but when he came in the room he did not even talk to be for five minutes seamed annoyed I was very uncomfortable.

This was the worst doctor visit ever! We went for a second opinion for pectus excavatum. He listened to my daughter's complaints and commented ...Do you really want surgery?..The exam consist of him pulling her shirt down in front and then told her to lift her shirt up and commented,"Doesn't look bad to me" ..He never did any other measurements or anything! Horrible expereince!
