Dr. John Thomas Livecchi, MD

I had the great fortune to have Dr. LiVecchi repair my eyes. I have been having problems for years and thanks to him I not only have no more issue but have absolutely no scars. He is very professional, reassuring and so pleasant to talk to that I had the utmost confidence. From me this is saying a lot because my eyes are one area, I am terrified to have touched so that was trust in the highest sense. It was well placed with Dr. LiVecchi.

A terrible Doctor, Wish he would have never done my eyes, not sure if it was a health insurance money scam, but had to do my eyes twice and now i have terrible scars and dry eye. I went into talk to him about it and just was very dismissive. This was when he was with St Lukes, I finally got the courage to speak out! Please choose someone else.

Very thorough doctors. Staff is pleasant and easy to deal with and get on the phone. Doctors both give u a personal phone number is case of questions or potential problems

Dr. LiVecchi just did surgery for my upper eye lids. I will honestly and truthfully give you my opinion. Dr. LiVecchi is an outstanding doctor who spent time explaining the procedure not only in his office but in the surgical room. Not only does he have a pleasing "bed side" manner, his credentials as a surgeon are outstanding. He is particular and puts the patient first. He'll spend as much time as you need making you comfortable and answering questions and/or concerns. His post op visit is timely and his exam is in depth. I am confident in saying I highly recommend him for any eye surgery.

Dr. Livecchi is no longer at St Lukes, he has joined Dr Michael Lange at The Lange Eye Institute in The Villages. First off welcome to the Villages ! Dr Livecchi has incredible credentials and lots of experience and this is what I look for in an eye surgeon. The Lange Eye Institute is an amazing place and I have been going there ever since they opened years ago. My first experience with Dr Livecchi was as good as I could have wanted. He explained everything to me and removed a small growth on my eye lid that has been bothering me for years. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I like Dr. Livecchi's entire manner. He was forthright, concise yet thorough. I had some anesthetic restrictions and concern with epinephrine. He said he would use that however, he would give me a lower dose and reassured me that he would watch over me closely. I checked his credentials and believe him to be a very intuitive, knowledgeable doctor with the highest recommendations.
