Dr. John Jason Luckey, MD

Dr. Luckey has been a knowledgeable and considerate doctor from the start - this review is positive in regards to his skill and abilities as a doctor. But it is difficult to separate the Doctor from his staff since they serve as the gateway to him. Christine is a receptionist of his and speaking with her is frustrating at best. Whining, disgruntled, disrespectful, condescending - the list goes on. Others on his reception staff aren't much better. Seeing the doctor is pleasant, getting through his staff - both on the phone and in person - is not.

Extremely stressful; where told had to wait for a review and then were told we were "not accepted" as a patient. Since we have been patients at the Health Center for over ten years, have viable insurance and a very good credit rating, don't understand why. And no reason was given as to why we were refused. Very cold and condescending manner on the refusal call.
