Waited 1 hour, 15 minutes for first new patient appointment, no apology offered by doctor or his staff.When Robin the receptionist called to confirm my second appointment, she hung up on me when I inquired if waits greater then 1 hour occurred frequently. While I am a patient, I am also a customer paying for a service and I think that this practice needs to re-consider the courtesy level they extend to their patients. As a result of my experiences, I don't think this particular medical practice is a good fit for me, so I cancelled my second appointment and will look elsewhere for a primary care physician.

Dr. Mancini knows the right questions to ask, quickly zones in on the problem and potential causes, is able to think out of the box, instills confidence and he is frank and honest, have been a patient for 15 + years
