I can not say enough about Dr. Marks. He is the best of the best! He removed part of my colon due to Chronic Diverticulitis. I couldn’t be happier with him or his staff. They go above and beyond.

I had his father Doctor, Gerald, Marks,He was noted to be one of the best in the World ! As he traveled extensively every where ! Now we have his son Doctor, John,Marks , he is traveling in his fathers footsteps,he is a wonderful Doctor ,great bedside manners plus, a great Surgeon, I had surgery thirty three years ago , and I am still here telling all , they are the best in a Coleman and rectal surgery, one is lucky to-day to find a Doctor, and team that loves there work and out to make one feel good after Surgery, and many moons more after that .*

Dr. Marks is unparalleled but having to consistently wait 90 - 120 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for my last three visits has been extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate.

He has perfected a procedure that could save you from having a colonoscopy bag for the rest of your life if you have colon and or Rectal cancer. It was a year long process of two surgeries, radiation and two rounds of chemotherapy but I was able to recover and live a normal life after this. I was less than 50 years old when this occurred. Dr. Marks operated on me in 2008 for a growth in my colon. He explained all of the procedure prior to the surgery. After removal, his forensic team determined the growth to be benign. I will be forever grateful to him.

we love this Dr he diagnosed me right away with chronic interia which means my colon isn't working all the way or a little we are going back tuesday to schedule surgery

I suffered all my life with constipation, sometimes I had to go the hospital with the pain I had. I was constantly in pain He did a resection and changed my life.. I am free of pain and no longer have any laxatives in the house. Today, I consider myself normal Dr Marks will spend extra time with you if you need it that is why I don't mind waiting. What more could you say about a person who saves your life. And old military question "who would you want in a foxhole". He is surely one of the people I would choose.

Dr. John Marks is an exceptionally skilled surgeon who is trained in every aspect of colorectal surgery. I have seen him as a patient and he explains to you all things associated with your underlying problem. I can testify that when I also worked with him years ago that he uses all of his skills to correct the problem at hand. He is an unusual surgeon. One of a kind.
