Dr Mason was wonderful! Listened intently to my concerns, asked pertinent questions, showed empathy about my previous medical history, including facial paralysis, and he gave great solutions to my knee/hip issues. In the future, my orthopedic needs will be addressed to Dr Mason!

This by far the best surgeon I have ever met

Just literally had my left hip replaced and in recovery with a single small incision and also little to no pain. Dr. Mason was very confident going in to surgery and was able to do as he told me he was able too. If you have Dr. Mason you can not go wrong.

Dr has obviously more than a full plate. Scheduled a consult, after being re-scheduled 4 times, finely was able to see him on the 5th date. He has an excellent bed side manner and is great in pre & post op. Everything after that is totally dependent upon seeing or communicating with a PA. There are a number of issues this practice has with follow-up, administering pain medication, scheduling/re-scheduling & PT scheduling all of which should enter into your decision as to whether Dr Mason is your surgeon of choice. You will not get to see Dr Mason for more than 20 minutes from the time of your initial consult thru your 60 day follow-up.

I would give Dr. Mason an A+. He listens, and explains things in a way I understand. He is kind and gentle. I would also give his nurse, Mandy an A+.

Dr John was and is totally professional. My knee surgery was successful and I rehabed fast. Great bed side matters with kind demeanor. Look no further, he’s the best. 10 star service !!

Dr. Mason was recommended to me but I would NEVER recommend him now that he has done a total hip replacement for me. After two months, my hip is just as painful now as it was before surgery. I don't know what went wrong because he and his staff don't want to address it. All they say is elevate, ice and rest which I have done because I can't really walk any distance now. I'm going to have to find another surgeon who doesn't hurry through 8 surgeries a day and see if they can fix what Dr. Mason has messed up.

If I learned anything from my experience with Dr. Mason, it's That you should always trust your gut feeling about someone. There was something off about him when I met him, and I wish I had followed my instincts. This man, no I can't even call him a man, because he has no humanity! Your words and your actions reflect who you are and he is less than nothing! Surgically, he ruined me for the rest of my life. He does not take responsibility for his mistakes, he doesn't even acknowledge them. He is arrogant and condescending and a real Jykell and Hyde. He has serious psychological issues. If you are considering surgery, please, save yourself some grief and find another surgeon!
