Dr. John Michael Mccormack, MD

Went to the walk in clinic today with with knee pain . First doctor there was very helpful . Referred me to the doctor on duty , this was Dr Mccormack . he took a quick look at the x-rays and came back and said he would test for grout . explained to him been tested for grout before and was negative . and what the other doctor who works there also had treated me and had fixed the problem . Dr Mccormack didn't listen . when there for help received none and sitting here at home in great pain unable to sleep wondering why I paid money for this doctor . I will go to the Clinic again but if they tell me he'll be on duty i'll just leave . I do think the Burton Creek Clinic is very good over all . Dr Mccormack on the other hand not so much .

he is not good at paying attention to patients problems. getting him to acknowledge that my grandmother needed a nursing home has been horrid. the paperwork was not sent when we were told it would be,and he never noticed how bad my grandmothers memory has been.

Shame on you Dr. for trying to cover up a patient of yours' care facility inflicted burns. To advise an elderly poorly controlled diabetic pt. to leave the facility that burnt her in 3rd degree the size of a grapefruit in her crotch simply because her 20 day Medicare coverage time was up from a recent hip surgery, shows what your concern truly is. Shame on you for not trying to do the right thing in her care.
