Dr was my daughter Oncologist. And at the time she found her cancer. We really was all over ?? ?? the place. But on meeting McKnight he gave us a very coming effect oh do know if I mention my daughter was 32 so a real shock. But wit was what he said. Listen when people hear the word cancer that think that's it .But it just a bully in a play ground trying to take your money. But we're going to fight back. I'm not going to tell you that you want end up with some bumps and bruises, but that will heal. At that moment one thing I found out and that was he cared so we was not worried about what he nknew we wanted to no just how much he cared. He address all of our concerns he wrote out a plan on paper ya'll and explained everything gave it to us to study. We just want to end with this fight we won my daughter my baby my child is cancer free. Thanks Doc ?? ??

Dr. John McKnight is the most amazing doctor that I have ever met! I arrived at Cancer Treatment Centers of America with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer, heartbroken, heavy laden, and hopeless. Despite being seen by some of the best physicians in America, my condition was serious and little to no hope was offered to me. However, Dr. McKnight offered high quality service, and hope. Dr. Mcknight understands the "mother standard of care" and he demonstrates genuine concern for his patients. After seven years of fighting cancer I am still here because he treated me with expert care. His departure from the Cancer Treatment Centers of America will be deeply missed.

Dr McKnight was a Godsend. When came to him. We werre full of unanswered questions. He was able to articulate to us everything we need to know and things we didn't even know how to ask. We recommend Dr. McKnight daily to others that want to get on a path fighting combating cancer.

I met Dr.M 3 years ago when cancer was stage 4 and I was barely breathing at 87#. He contemplated the best course and asked what I wanted to do. He has worked with me over time. I'm now a normal healthy weight and breathing normally...the difference is night and day. He's caring, concerned and exceptionally educated. I know of no better oncologist. Simply the best in my book.

Dr. McKnight has always been direct and truthful about the steps we need to take, The staff is typical Virginian's and don't want to take time with the patient but Dr. McKnight makes up for all that with his personality and care to make you better.

You certainly want a doctor that is knowledgable especially about the disease but you do want a doctor that does not make you think he knows it ALL and you are a idiot.

I really enjoyed Dr. Mcknight. He is personable,truthful,caring,full of information,and he gets down to the treatment very quickly.

Is not Courteous,Patient or Understanding to patients family members regarding serious illness.Is not good with follow through with patients family members regarding serious illness.I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Yes, there is a such thing as to patient and doctor but when you have a parent going through a serious illness and unable to understand or comprend all the details relating to there illness they look to there closet family member for understanding and this doctor did not sure any compassion.

Dr. John McKnight is the best Dr that I could have ever hoped for. He is caring, has a good sense of humor, and answers any and all questions. The only problem I have encountered are his secretaries, they are not very clear on different subject matters and they never give you a call before-hand to let you know when your appointment is.A+++ for Dr. McKnight, this patient is very happy. :)
