Absolutely terrible! If you believe you have a medical condition or want to be on birth control because of excruciating cramps find another doctor. Took me off of birth control after being on it for only three months due to side effects snd refused to try me on another one. Appointments extremely quick and refuses to listen to anything you have to say.

Dr. Mellinger is very knowledgeable, professional, and has a calming presence. He was the doctor that admitted me for delivering my son and the doctor that monitored his heart rate the week prior when I didn't feel many of his movements. He's the king of great one-liners, commenting that my son was busy packing boxes and getting ready to move apartments after monitoring for him a bit. He not only answered my questions and concerns but cheered me into a better mood which I definitely needed at the time. Would definitely recommend!

Hes very down to earth but obviously brilliant. Very gentle and sensitive to your worries. Really listens to his patient. Never had a problem visiting him.

Dr Mellinger is by far the most caring and gentle OBGYN I've ever been to. He is compassionate, kind, and quite thorough in his treatment.

I have been coming to Dr. Mellinger for almost 10 years now, I would highly recommend him to any woman looking for an OBGYN. I had battled for years with severe pain and other issues revolving around my menstrual cycle and reproductive organs. No one ever took me serious, when I made the chance and started seeing Dr. Mellinger he truly changed my life for the better and saved my life. I am forever grateful for everything he has done for me, as well as the nursing staff in the Moon location. All of the ladies are wonderful, but Sue and Joyce are rock stars in my eyes!! I will continue to be seen at the Moon location and be under the care of Dr. Mellinger.
