So it has been, since 1989, when Dr. John F. Messina graduated from Case Western Reserve University, and opened his dental practice in Historical Downtown Medina, Ohio. Dr. Messina practices General Dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, as well as both the Ohio Dental Association and the Medina County Dental Society. Keeping up with new technology and techniques like, Implant Dentistry and computer-generated Tooth Restorations, is accomplished through regular Continuing Education seminars and Professional Networking.
Dr. Messina and his staff enjoy educating area youths on the importance of Dental Health. Dr. Messina has spoken to classes in the Wadsworth City School District, as well as a Seville-based 4-H Club. He also donates many dental products, such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, to area schools, scout groups, and churches. Having been a past Youth Soccer Coach, Dr. Messina supports sports, including Lafayette Youth Softball, Wadsworth and Medina Youth …Football, Medina Youth Baseball, and the Medina High School Golf Tournament.
Whole body health is promoted and supported by participation in and funding of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Donning a pink shirt and pink tie for thirty days along with the staff, funds are raised and thoughts are stimulated to benefit this great cause.Â
