I was seen at the Woodbridge office. The staff-- every one that I encountered-- were incredibly pleasant, patient and kind. Lauren at the desk was warm, friendly and efficient. Shawn (I hope I spelled correctly) was so thorough and thoughtful and explained things in detail and in laymans language. Dr. Minarcik was professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going, and took his time to make an accurate diagnosis and to answer all of my questions. Overall, possibly the best experience I've ever had in a physician's office.

As like on previous visits to see Dr, Minarcik, he was willing to explain all conditions and procedures in a calm, knowledgeable manner and was willing to answer all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family members!

The BEST!!!! I followed him from his old employer to this location!!!! I wouldn’t want nor allow another eye doctor to exam or perform any surgery on my eyes. YES, he has performed two surgeries on both my eyes!!!! EXCELLENT!!!

The night before Thanksgiving, I developed flashing lights and significantly blurred vision. At the age of 70, I feared a retinal detachment. The doctor on call asked me a bunch of questions and felt I was stable to get through the holiday. The amazing staff at RGW fit me in to see Dr. Menarcik on that very hectic Saturday morning. After a very thorough assessment, Dr. Menarcik was able to explain to me what was going on. He was compassionate, explained everything in detail, answered ALL my questions, and totally reassured me. As a nurse with decades of working with doctors, I highly recommend Dr. Menarcik for his skill and exceptional bedside manner.
