Dr. John Robert Molland, MD

Dr.Molland delivered my baby years ago and still today he’s still just as great of a physician. I recently had surgery and from diagnosis to post operative appointment the complete experience was above satisfaction. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Every phone call was pleasant. Every visit was in a timely manner. Overall excellent.

Dr. Molland has been my doctor for 26 years, yes 26 years! His staff has been a revolving door since his wife became his office manager. I have had surgery twice from him and paid plenty in advance. The hospital always bills first so Dr. Molland's wife owes me a refund. They flat out lie about receiving payment from my insurance company to delay reimbursing me. I love Dr. Molland as a doctor and a person. His office is no reflection of him and who I think he is. The office is now only about money! So sad that I am changing doctors after 26 years.

When you are going through something traumatic as a miscarriage you would expect your OBGYN and his staff to help you through it. Nope. They shoved me out the door. I cant get anyone to return phone calls, EVER. The staff was extremely rude and Dr. Molland himself clearly didn't have the time to deal with me. This is the worst OB I have ever been to. The only reason they are getting any stars is because you cant post a review without one.

Office staff at check out - rude! Overcharged visit cost even though insurance was verified and cost confirmed. Said it was how they did things! Now since insurance has paid them, can't seem to get the "Accounting Person" to be in the office to find out about the refund owed!

Doctor Molland himself is a great doctor! He listens to your concerns and explains procedures to you. Would highly recommend him as an ON/GYN. On the downside, his office staff are rude. Forget getting the help you need with FML paperwork or what proper documents needed for work release.

Best Doctor

I used to highly recommend Dr. Molland. As of late, his office has become a total mess. He has too many patients and as such, cannot provide adequate care to his existing patients. It took him weeks to even look at my test results and then he decided to act, but by then it was too late. Office staff were defensive and felt that this was reasonable. I am in the process of looking for a new doctor.

He messed up my back by leaving me in a surgical position for 4 hours that has maximum time limit of 1 1/2 hours. He botched the surgery. When I was left with not being able to have relations he said husband needs to take a swan dive. He sewed me up way too small, I had to see another surgeon to have that corrected but with whatever he did I still can't have relations. It's been over 6 years

Appreciate and respect this doctor.

I was very nervous going into the office because this was my first male GYN, but he was professional and courteous. In addition, he was very helpful in answering all questions and concerns that I had. The nurse asked all appropriate questions. I would def. refer him to friends and family.
