Dr Naylor was awesome! He was caring and direct in response to my questions and presenting my CPAP results. I truly appreciated his candor and care plan looking forward!

It was all good the breathing gentleman was very nice the nurse that took my blood pressure and everything was very nice and the doctor I seen was very informative and very nice I had a good experience and I thank you

Office staff is very pleasant, Dr. Naylor is a different story. Zero bedside manner. Doesn't listen and wouldn’t let me speak up. I’ve given him more than one chance and his gruff, rude manner is intolerable. He also has to be reminded I don’t have a medical condition, then still documented me as having it when it’s no where else in my records. I don’t know if he just does not listen or what the deal is but could be damaging to my overall treatment.

It is close to impossible to get a prescription refilled. We have to call several times and it takes weeks. Currently we have been waiting 12 days!! to get a refill completed via a mail-order delivery. Dr. Naylor needs a more efficient staff for such a capable man!
