Dr. O is great and his staff is very great with patient care. He's very understanding and gives great care to his patients

Mad an appt online and filled in comments as to what the appt was for and when I got there they asked me the reason for my visit. No one had done any preperation for my visit and had no idea what was going on. The rooms were a shambles, unkept, empty tissue boxes, stuff just laying around on the counter. Had an issue with lab work and no one ever called to tell me. Also sent a message on patient portal which says within 2 days someone will contact me and after 3 days called them and was told they really don't check that and then was placed on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up.

If you want a dr. that will treat you like a number this is your man. He jeopardizes the health of his patients by withholding medications if you can't make it in when he says so. I have an appointment in a week from today and he won't fill my meds until I get there. He couldn't care less if it makes me sick. I have been calling for two weeks before his crummy staff told me he wouldn't fill my meds. His staff is ridiculously unaccommodating. They don't return your calls. I have been out of meds for three days already.

Very good doctor, answers all you questions, and is in know hurry .
