Summary
Dr. John Peterson grew up in Provo, Utah, which cultivated his love for the outdoors. After spending a few years in Berlin, Germany, learning about their culture, he returned to Utah to attend Southern Utah University, where he earned his B.A. degree. He attended the University of St. Louis College of Optometry where he excelled in treatment and management of ocular disease, fitting of contact lenses, and custom eyewear for patients with various visual demands. Dr. Peterson and his wife Lara moved to Tucson in 2011 to enjoy the weather and lifestyle it had to offer. After careful consideration, Dr. Peterson decided to move to Fountain Hills in 2015 to experience the benefits of belonging to a close-knit community.
