My mother was elderly, very sick and disabled. This man was harsh and cruel during his interrogation of her symptoms. The only reason we sat through it was because we didn't want to wait another several weeks to see an alternative specialist. She left his office in tears. I asked him to call me with the test results because my mother was terrified of him. He later called her, despite my request, and lied to her. He told her he didn't think she had cancer but was referring her to an oncologist. When I called him he said she did have cancer but he doesn't like to tell people over the phone that they have cancer. She died one month later.

Did not explain what celiac disease is, offered no advice on where or how to follow up. He assumed I knew what was involved and when questioned just told me to cut out gluten. No follow up whatsoever, he said there was no need to see him again.
