Dr. John Joseph Rehm, MD

Great physician. His human kindness is outstanding! No wonder he was chosen by the L.A. Lakers to be their doctor.Never felt better about my tinnitus and inner ear problems.

Dr Rhem is a knowledgeable and an attentive doctor once you get to see him. However, his entire office staff of witches including his office manager are the most rudest, disrespctfull people I have ever met. They must not be getting paid enough which will explain their terrible attitude towards the patients. His office manager called me three weeks after my appointment and threatened to put my account into collections if I did not pay my portion of the deductible, unbenknownst to her, it was paid two weeks earlier. After explaining that to her, she changed her tune. I asked her to have Dr. Rhem call me, which he never did. Horrible staff, as is evident with many other posts throughout the web.

Dr Rehm may have had the ability to diagnosis and treat my throat ailment, but I will not go back. His office personnel, particularly one with a Spanish accent, was absolutely rude. She is augmentative and down right mean. If he likes having such a bull dog on his office staff, he should not allow her to interact with his clients. The fact that he continues to allow her to interact with his clients, suggests to me that he condones her attitude and her treatment of clients.

Dr. Rehm is excellent. He knows what he is doing and he is genuinely concerned about your health. he is old school and practices medicine the way it should be practiced.i had a severe ear infection and he saw me immediatly and was great with follow up visits. after the first meeting i had complete confidence that i was in good hands.

Seems to know his stuff. Very good bedside manner. His office staff is probably the worst I have ever encountered. Rude and quite money hungry. They care nothing about the patient.

Excellent doctor who really helps his patients. Overbooking is a problem.

Excellent doctor. I had seen several ENTs before he determined what my problem was in one visit.Corteous staff. Clean Office.Encounter none of the nonsense aforementioned by other people.

Wait was one half hour but he spent time and explained everything. Surgery had to be done and worked out great

this doctor seems to over medicate. The wait is always close to an hour.Office staff is extremely rude; especially the billing office.
