Dr. John Francis Reilly, MD

I had a 9:30 appointment with Dr. John Reilly. I arrived at 9:25 (due to COVID many doctors say to arrive on time, not too early) checked in & sat down. Four different people came in after me and were brought in before me. One said she had a 9:35 appointment and one had a 10:00 appointment. At 10:20 I was finally brought into an exam room where I waited until 11:00 and left. I never saw the doctor. To make it worse, the office staff didn't seem concerned that I was leaving. I WONT be back.

As a 21 year old woman, I saw Dr. Reilly to have labiaplasty done. I was very nervous about having my very first sugery done. The staff at Dr. Reilly's office made me feel very comfortable. Not only were the staff very inviting and kind, the office was clean and beautiful. During my consultation before my surgery, Dr. Reilly answered all of my questions and made me feel reasured about the huge decision I was about to make. During my stay at the hospital before my surgery, Dr. Reilly came in to talk to my whole family and to again answer any questions that I or my family had. He calmed my nerves up until I was given the anethesia. Hours after I had been given the surgery and was at home with my family, Dr. Reilly had called me personally with his own cell phone and had told me to call him if I had any issues or conerns. Two nights after my surgery, I called Dr. Reilly very late at night after having been extremely nauseous from having a reaction to the narcotics that I had been… prescribed. He answered the phone during his off hours while he had been at a family party. He stepped aside and told me that he would call the pharmacy right away and get me prescribed a different pill to take for the pain. This made me feel beyond grateful that I had a doctor who cared enough to take the time to help me in this difficult time. Dr. Reilly has gone above and beyond and has helped me through this entire process. I am beyond pleased with my results and am very grateful to have found a plastic surgeon like him.

Dr. Reilly and his staff were awesome. They were all very nice and professional and the results of my abdominalplasty were amazing. I couldn't be happier. The doctor and his staff also made themselves very available to answer any questions that I had during the healing process. Highly recommend!

Dr. Reilly is very knowledgeable and patient. He spent time explaining details about the procedure i was interested in and answered all my questions simply. He analyzed my issues and explained things to me in a way that i learned about my condition. Would go back for any cosmetic issues and recommend highly.

Went to Dr Reilly for issues with my nose, and he literally pushed me out of his office... Not professional! Arrogance at the highest level

I never really liked my flat butt and big tummy! I had been thinking about it for many years and finally started meeting with some plastic surgeons mostly in Fairfield. They were nice enough but they all had me spend most of my time meeting with an office manager or other nurse type person instead of the doctor! That's why I went with Dr Reilly. I spent all my time with him, looking at before and after photos and I got a sense he had a lot of experience with these types of surgeries. Icouldn't be happier with the results ,I took the fat from my tummy and back and put it into my buttock which now has curves! People think I have implants they cant understand how it looks so good. Very happy overall, I have sent others to him as well.

Great doctor highly experienced, explains in detail how he procedure works, very happy now, had liposuction done on my bra rolls and stomach area, which is now really flat

We are satisfied with the way he handled our teenage daughter. I would strongly recommend Dr Reilly for all pediatric patients. He was very patient and took the time to answer all questions.
