Dr. John Anthony Renda, MD

His staff behaviour makes hard to get in touch with the doctor.

Doctor Renda is our long time primary physician he is a very affectionate, reliable, good doctor, but his staff right now in this serious time does not follow the doctor's example. We called the office, and asked for a Covid-19 test prescription, my husband feels that something is wrong he feels an unusual weakness. After waiting for a week he did not receive the prescription, we called the office left a message, NO RESPONSE. Another time the office manager used a very arrogant tone when I explained why I ask for a phone visit. I hope if our dear doctor reads this review will correct the problem with his staff, so we don't have to switch doctor. It is hard to get to him if his staff blocks him with their behaviour.

As a former patient, I must say that I respect him. He was not just a doctor; he was a friend as well. I wish him well in all that he does!!!!!

Dr. Renda is an EXCELLENT DR. !!! The STAFF however is another story !! Very rude and unprofessional the staff should NOT work with the public with the attitude they have, it actually is just 1 front desk employee !!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Renda for about 8 years. Dr Renda is Top Notch and a great Doctor. Staff is an embarrassment to their profession. Itâ??s a shame/crime because the Dr. is good! Could have been a 4 star office!

I have been going to Dr. Renda for a number of years. I have moved out of the area...and now in CT. Dr. Renda is worth the travel and gives me piece of mind. His bedside manner is one of the best around. He takes his patients seriously with all concerns. More Dr.s need to learn to be more like him.
