Non-caring, rude, un-professional and the hospital "protects" his demonical faults.

Like bedside manner but seems to have too many patients to make quick turn-around visits when medical issues arise.

Dr. Retzloff is the kindest Dr. I have ever met. He had became so popular that you can not even get an appointment with him if you are sick. If you need to see him there could be a 3 to 4 month wait. I was nearly one of his first patients when he started his practice and I can't even see him when needed. The office staff justs tells me to go the the emergency room or Urgent care. Has became very expensive. Oh how I wish I could see him when me and my family need to.

I have never experienced any problems with Dr Retzloff. He has always been good to me and my family. He is overall the best Doctor i have had. and ireally miss him. I had a problem withone of his staff member and I chose toleave instead of causing problems forhim and the rest of the staff.
