Doctor Roberts has a great bedside manor! He takes the time to explain everything in easy to understand language. Dr Roberts and co. are great, definitely will remain a patient of his. Highly recommended!

John Roberts was extremely uncaring and unprofessional. He made it very clear that he did not want to help me. He asked what I was being seen for and after ten seconds told me “I have nothing to offer you, I have other patients, so unless you have a problem that can be solved in 15 minutes, I have nothing to offer you.” He refused lab tests that I asked about to try and find the source of the problem. He refused to speak to me about treatment options. He refused to answer basic questions about my health. He only wanted to give me birth control, despite me telling him the risk it poses to my life, so he made it clear that he didn’t want to waste his time speaking to me. He admitted to denying me treatment options because I am a woman, young and without children, which I know is blatant discrimination. It is my body, it is my choice, and I deserved the respect of having the option discussed with me. I came here after 4 other attempts to get treatment. It took a lot of courage to try… again and I deserved more respect than “I have other patients, so you only get 15 minutes” being repeated at me every few seconds. This was one of the most heartbreaking and horrific ways a doctor has ever treated me. I sat there sobbing because he refused to help, refused to investigate my health, refused to even speak more than “I have other patients, you have 15 minutes” and he had as much emotion as a brick wall. He is absolutely heartless.

Dr Roberts always takes the time to listen to and address my concerns. Even though I'm moving out of state, he ensured that I'll still be well taken care of by providing me with the practice group and clinic in my new area!

Dr Roberts is very knowledgeable, respectful, kind and patient. He always explained everything to me, answered all my questions and guided me throughout my high risk pregnancy process very well. He is the best in his field. I recommend him to anyone.

Worst experience ever I had a c section scar pregnancy and from the start he made me feel unimportant. He came in and told me I could die and hemorrhage at any moment but sent me home for seven days no treatment plan.He also asked me why I wasn’t on anything. He gave me the green light to have another baby if I was in any danger he should of told me. No mri that day no second opinion. I asked him to try keep my uterus and shrugged me off didn’t care. He was going to do easy take it all out when there are treatments to conserve uterus. After surgery not even fully awake he started to show me photos of my dead embryo mangled uterus it’s unprofessional and heartless. He also missed my anemia that my regular dr caught. I was in pain all over my body from him not caring.

I had the pleasure of reading another person test results, yep, they uploaded her results to my portal and read to me the other person test results. Sickening. Healthcare matters from A-Z with me. I will never step foot in the doctors office again.

Dr Roberts is truly a dedicated doctor. He takes time to listen to everything you have to say. He's bedside manner is what other doctors wish to achieve. The staff is just a professional as he is. And this is why I drive 2 hours(one way) to see him.
