I have never seen a more sympathetic, thoughtful, competent, or pleasant medical professional. I have had some significant health issues and he has seen me through all of them. He even calls me from home to check on me when there is something that he wants to follow up on or just to ask how I'm progressing. His caring demeanor puts one at ease. The entire office staff is friendly and helpful. They recognize me and call me by name when I walk into the reception area.

I've never seen a more capable, truly caring doctor. He makes you feel as if you are his only patient. Great bedside manner--compassionate and personable. Very thorough and follows through to make sure you are getting the treatment you need. Many times he has personally called me to check on me or to report on lab tests.

Dr. Russo spends the needed time with you and is thorough in his diagnosis. I have lived in Greensboro for 40 years and have had several MDs over the years, he is one of the best.
