I found Dr. Shin to be to the point and very professional .He was very thorough in my time with him .

Although I understand that this business is the livelihood of the therapists, their policies need to allow for individual circumstances. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy and they are rigid about it. If you cancel even minutes inside the 24 window, they charge you. If you wake up the day of your appointment vomiting your guts up, they would rather have you bring them your virus than cancel, so they charge you. This policy makes it difficult to believe that they truly understand people and their circumstances. I would much rather go to a therapist who considers me over a policy.

The staff is terrible!! Especially the secretary! They wont give you a reminder call for your upcoming appointment and you can't cancel it that day even if you are sick . They don't care they will charge you the full amount for a visit. They are greedy selfish people who only care about themselves!!!
