Dr. John Milton Soderberg, MD

Dr.Soderberg is extremely knowledgeable,courteous and professional. He is good at providing effective remedies to issues with simple medications.

I recently moved the area from Arizona I needed to find a dermatologist and so I came to Dr Soderberg It’s kind of an audition to see if I would want him to be my permanent doctor. We had a very thorough discussion and the full body exam and I was very pleased and indeed I have decided that he will be my primary dermatologist physician.

I was completely satisfied with Dr. Soderberg’s complete evaluation and treatment of my needs.

Dr. Soderberg is an incredible dermatologist. I followed him from his old practice to Forefront. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend his practice anymore due to the fact that their Pathologist charges an INSANE amount of money. I went in for a yearly skin check and Dr. Soderberg ended up doing a very small, non-invasive biopsy (basically just scraping the top layer of the skin). Several weeks later, I received a bill for $916.12. This was the amount owed AFTER insurance due to their Pathologist, Douglas Hansen MD charging $734.12. I did make the front desk staff aware that I have a high deductible health insurance plan, but they refused to work with me at all. And all of this after they canceled my first scheduled appt, only to find out AFTER I showed up to the office after driving 30 mins. Extremely disappointed and obviously will not return.

Terrible management of the office! I found out I owed them $150 from being put on a collection agency. I never knew I owed them anything. I didn't get any letters, ZERO phone calls. I was at the office recently and they did not mention that I owned them $150. If they would let me know I have a bill I would have paid immediately, like I just did. When I called to speak with someone at their office Heather could not have treated more casually the fact that I was in collection and my CREDIT HISTORY GOT AFFECTED. Seems like Heather could not have cared less. I paid my balance to the collection agency immediately. But, this affected my CREDIT HISTORY. I never received one PHONE CALL. Not one. I was there in person recently, and no one said anything about a balance being owed. And, when I called Heather seemed bothered that I was having this conversation. If this is how they manage their office, does Dr. Soderberg treat his patients with the same casual attitude? I've been a… patient for about a year, I AM NEVER GOING BACK.

I saw Dr. Soderberg for a facial aesthetic skin treatment, but I also had some kind of blemish on my leg. I asked him to please take a look at it and he did--in a very dismissive way. He said "it's not cancer" and he dismissed it as nothing. Then I went to my regular dermatologist and he diagnosed it after looking at it. It was nummular eczema, and he gave me a free sample of a cortico-steroid cream that he said would treat it and take it away. It did. I was very disappointed that Dr. Soderberg didn't give me better care.

Dr. Soderberg is very professional and strived to make sure that I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going to happen during the procedure. I missed an appointment and Crystal was diligent in watching the schedule for cancellations and was able to secure me an earlier appointment that better fit my needs.

This was my first visit with Dr. Soderberg and I felt very comfortable with him. He put me at ease, explained what needed to be done, what he felt my diagnosis was, and took care of getting me biopsied.
