He is the best! He helps manage some of our communities children with complex health care needs.

Dr Stevens was referred by one of our sons NICU Doctors. What a gift he has been. Our son was a 25 weeker who has had many many issues in his 13 years and Dr Stevens has always been extremely thorough. Our son has always had multiple things going on and Dr Stevens has always figured out what is happening and works great with all of his specialists and therapist which is a long list! I hope my son out grows Dr Stevens before he retires. I would hate to start new with someone who doesn't know my sons complicated history and who is so great with him and remembers all that he has gone through.

Dr. Stephens has an easy manner and relates very well to children. I take my 3 kids to see him and they are never afraid or don't want to see him. He is thorough and listens well to both me and my children. He follows up on issues and patient progress. I could not ask for a better pediatrician for my children.

My experience with Dr. Stephens and the pediatric facility at Harbour Point in Mukilteo does not reflect on the office staff. It relates mainly on the Doctors. It has been my experience that their primary concern is themselves. They believe that they have the only valuable opinion regarding the health of your children. If they do listen they disregard. One Dr. at this office actually misdiagnosed my sons severely infected ear. She said his ear had too much wax in it to view the eardrum. It was NOT wax at all but a bulging discolored, infected ear. When she attempted to clean it she actually burst his ear drum. Each time I take him to the Doctor now, they mention that they can see the scar on his ear drum. Dr. Stephens is a bully; he feels strongly about immunizations and refuses to acknowledge that there may be any cause for concern. If you do not agree with him he will refuse to treat your child. I pulled my childs records beginning at birth from his office there were… notes about each office visit including my questions about my childs growth and development nursing worries, concerns about immunizations, and my reaction to my childs ear problems. As I was reviewing his notes I felt they reflected me as hysterical and unreasonable. I recommend finding a different office for your childs health care, if you have used this office in the past you are legally entitled to all of the records and notes made at each of your childs well visits.
