Fastest finger in the east. Face to face time in the seconds. Quick to get you to the procedure facility. Seems to think he is in some kind of race.$

My experience with Dr John L. Stonehem started last year, when I was diagnosed with a UTI and a very large kidney stone. I was very nervous and scared. He was wonderful and gentle. He assured me that I would not have any pain at all. And he was so caring and compassionate. I had the procedure to break the stone. When it was finished, he took the time to do a follow up phone call to check in with me to make sure that I was okay. Then he scheduled a follow up visit. I Love This Doctor .??

No regard for patients

Dr Stoneham tried to operate on my nephew without talking to the parents before the emergency surgery. He was annoyed that he had to come down and talk to the parents before he operated on my 17 year old nephew.

Be warned. This practice is a really over capacity with dozens of old men always lined up waiting to be seen. The staff does their best to keep the flow moving but they seem overwhelmed and the feeling of being assembly line medicine is really sad. My initial experience included being prescribed a wrong medication which ended up putting me in the hospital and in agony. Dr Stoneham is a smart guy but he’s cutting corners. This "Doctor" is an absolute a-hole. If I could give him negative stars for his atrocious bedside manner, I would. He's so terrible that I hope karma has his licence pulled.

In office this past week. Gong to him for two years. He always rushes, but he is usually nice. Past week rushed and he is so busy can’t fit me in for a month for a test. Everyone coming and going know your medical issue and what test he ordered. No privacy at all, no walls, barriers etc. One poor guy I knew he had a catheter. Felt bad. May have to look elsewhere, but he won’t care.

This is the most efficient medical practice, I've ever encountered. This doctor has a pleasant bedside manner and is always prompt.

Office staff is HORRIBLE and UNCARING!!! Obviously their attitude is reflective of the Doctors attitudes towards patients. If a person is in pain and needs assistance there is no care or concern. If you call adn need to see the doctor they give you an appointment 5 or 6 days away and you are expected to remain in pain until the appointment. Have left messages for the doctor and NONE were ever returned, the staff plays stupid and you wind up with no help. I think the Doctors need to review and revamp their policies and procedures and remember that they are dealing with people who need assistance, otherwise they would not be calling them. I think there should be training for the staff in Customer Service and Compassion. Shame on you Doctors for not following your oath!

Dr Stoneham is extremely ARROGANT, very abrupt, has no tolerance for patient interaction, no communication skills, likes to rattle off fast orders and gets annoyed if you care to scratch down a few notes for yourself, does not like to be interrupted, does not like to be asked any questions, nor does he like to answer any questions a patient might have, all this during a so called consultation. When he is done speaking as he puts it "direct with no sugar coating",he reaches for the doorknob, and walks out of the room...... your five minutes are up!!!! Stay Away!! To many nicer doctors around to put yourself through this horrendous treatment.
