Dr Howard is amazing doctor with a fantastic staff. I’ve seen him several times and always a very good experience. Outstanding bedside manors and a compassionate man!! Thank you Dr Howard and staff!! I wish all doctors were just as good!

I have been seeing Dr Howard for about 2 and a half years. I always liked him, but I have frequent Urinary Track infections and he doesn't prescribe anything to clear them up. I have an auto immune system disease and therefore I get UTI's a lot. I am on a treatment that lowers my immune system. This means that my system can't always fight off infections. I really don't think that he is doing me much good! I recently saw him and they took a urine sample. When he came in to the room where I was, he said: we found a small amount of blood in your urine. I wasn't sure what he was going to say next but he said it could be an infection, or it could be Cancer... WOW, I was shocked. He said they were sending it out to be tested. At this point, I a sitting on pins and needles waiting to hear back from him. I am seriously thinking of looking for another Urologist!!!

Very complete interaction with Dr. Howard, all questions of mine answered! Very thorough examination. He made feel at ease.

My primary doctor was correct; he is the best.

Office staff is HORRIBLE and UNCARING!!! Obviously their attitude is reflective of the Doctors attitudes towards patients. If a person is in pain and needs assistance there is no care or concern. If you call adn need to see the doctor they give you an appointment 5 or 6 days away and you are expected to remain in pain until the appointment. Have left messages for the doctor and NONE were ever returned, the staff plays stupid and you wind up with no help. I think the Doctors need to review and revamp their policies and procedures and remember that they are dealing with people who need assistance, otherwise they would not be calling them. I think there should be training for the staff in Customer Service and Compassion. Shame on you Doctors for not following your oath!
