Dr. Victor John Ferlise, MD

Great doctor. Only problem is he does not have a patient portal. All doctors should have a portal!

I can't speak on the doctor, but the terrible customer service at this practice in general. My dad has an issue with his prostate and bladder and the hospital advised that he must be seen by a urologist to remove a catheter and be seem immediately for prostate issues. Even though the doctors advised that a urologist office has to be the one to remove the catheter and do further diagnostic tests, they refused to see him stating that he had to go back to the ER to get the catheter removed and then to call back. Now he has gotten the catheter removed at the ER and we called back and they still refuse to see him for 2 months because he is not a patient. Of course he doesn't have a urologist on retainer because this is his first time having an issue. There is clearly no compassion for people going through traumatic medical issues that need emergent care that can not be treated in a hospital.

Dr Victor Ferlise is the Best of the Best. Treated my husband for prostate cancer. Extremely skilled robotic surgeon who went the extra mile in what turned out to be a complicated surgery. Takes the time to discuss all options with you and listens to your concerns. No one better in this area!!!!!

Dr. V. Ferlise has treated me seversl times in his office, in the hospital and in his private facility. At all times Dr. Ferlise treatment have been successful. He is a caring concerned Doctor. I would not for a second hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing any type of uriology treatment. He is outstanding in his field.

Dr. Ferlise And Staff Alike Were Professional & Pleasant. The Office Was Clean And There Was Formation/Organization W/Collecting Specimen/Personal Information/Completed Forms. Dr. Ferlise Showed Concern And Took The Time To Obtain The Much Needed Info Which Enabled Him To Better Understand My Analysis For The Visit. It Was A Much Needed Procedure ASAP Which He Made Room In Schedule To Perform. Now This Is "GREAT PATIENT QUALITY CARE!"

For someone who suffers from white coat syndrome, the first positive part of my seeing Dr. Ferlise was his easy, bedside manner. He takes his time to talk with you and answer questions. I'm very happy with his approach and his taking measured steps to treat my issue. I also love that he calls patients directly to speak with them, give results and discuss the next steps. Even when I call the office with a concern or question, he calls back, not a nurse (although the nurses and office staff are nice and patient as well). He's only the second doctor I've have that does that.

Dr. Ferlise is a great doc, highly skilled and with a manner that makes him easy to talk with, he takes sufficient time to answer questions and concerns. He takes a measured approach, one step at a time and reassures patients they are doing well. I found it to be a pleasant experience, as pleasant as urology can be. I am grateful to Dr. Ferlise for his care.

You won't find a better Doctor then Dr. Ferlise! Professional and compassionate and completely puts you at ease with his bedside manner. I choose him over doctors at U of Penn to perform robotic surgery to remove my cancerous prostate. This man is natural and authentic and sincere...A true heal both physically and emotionally. Don't look anywhere else for a urologist!!!!

I had just recently been going to Dr. Ferlise for urological problems. He is the best doctor I have seen in a long time. He did all kinds of testing to see what was wrong with me. After my procedure, he called my husband to let him know the outcome. I had more questions and left a message with his office regarding my concerns. Dr. Ferlise called me back personally within the same day and answered my questions completely. He is excellent!

Looking for a second opinion, and possibly a new doctor based on my previous doctor's awful communication skills I was very impressed with Dr. Ferlise's patient interest, time spent and willingness to answer questions and engage in discussions. The staff was also much more pleasant to deal with when scheduling appointments than they were at the previous provider as well. It was also easier to get an appointment and they were very willing to work around my schedule since I travel a lot on business. The office is a little old, but clean. I am a scientist and ask a lot of in-depth technical questions, which many doctors do not like, but Dr. Ferlise did not seem to mind at all. I felt much more positive about my first experience here than I did about any of my experiences at my previous urologist. Based on this experience I have made the decision to switch doctors to Dr. Ferlise.
