I appreciated his knowledge and I felt I could trust Dr Sun

Dr Sun made me feel as if he truly cared about his patients. He explained his thoughts about a fresh start and not go by previous GI docs conclusions, I totally respected that decision for I knew he'd go by his findings and treat me accordingly.

Very personable and kind. Took note of my distance from the office and worked with me to limit the amount of travel I have to do to see him. Asked questions and let me speak while listening to me. Very nice Doctor. Thank you.

Went to see this physician and he told me after 2 min conversation that the problem is not of his competence and need to see a surgeon instead. He stated that will be no charge visit which later was charged as high level visit. The charge has remained and paid after I contested and neither his office or Franciscan billing department had addressed the issue. Very disappointing.
