Dr. John R Traverso, DO

My pharmacy has been contacting the office multiple times to have a script refilled, I went to pick it up at the pharmacy and was unable to get it due to the office not calling the pharmacy back, when you call the office of course they are closed because they close at 4. But then the best part is that there is no doctor available for after hours, not everything that a patient may need will require them to visit an emergency room as in this case. I work 9-5 like the rest of the world. Someone dropped the ball on this situation and it is something that should be addressed. Especially not having your family doctor available after hours. Or at least someone on call that could call in the script to get me through to the next day (and no this is not for a narcotic either)

Dr. Traverso is an excellent and caring family doctor. He takes the time to listen to his patients and also explains the actions taken. He is also great in taking full notes on your visit and remembers you when you return. He is a personable doctor who honestly cares about his patients.

Dr. Traverso is a very caring and gentle person. he makes you feel very calm and cared for at each visit. He never hurries you or seems bored with you. he listens carefully and is willing to change medication if needed.
