Staff was this doctors only downfall. One of the best doctors i have ever been to. Spent time with me and got me off narcotics. He gave me my life back

I had 2 livers transplant an kidney Dr.Verstraete saved my life 4 times The most caring Doc.He would fight for your rights in healing you his staff was caring and helpful loving poelp so what if they where late so what,he was worth waiting that is saving your life .

John Verstraete pleaded guilty to federal drug charges connected to the scheme that prosecutors said he ran from 2011 to 2014 out of his office at 3215 Main St.

This guy has gone downhill fast! He likes people to think he's aleays late because he is spending time with other patients. Not true. He's late, no matter WHEN you go in. First appt of the day? Too bad. Sit and wait for at least an hour. I called last werk to get an appt for medication update and a surgical referral Doc told me I needed FOUR MONTHS ago!! His idiot office girl who made the appt for me told me I didn't have one!! I took time off from work for this appt. Now I HAVE to find a new physician because the lack of care and office bunglers are threatening to my health AND my job!

Dr. V has gone out of his way on several occations to diagnose and treat an illness for me. He is always friendly and takes time to listen and explain.

I have seen many doctors and have never had one sit and listen completely before jumping to their script pad. Ultimately, he diagnosed me and saved my life. I hope I never need him again but if Im sick its him I would call.
