Dr. John Walker, MD

Initially went in for high liver enzymes, took a biopsy right off the bat and THREE hepc test after biopsy and first test negative. Adamant it was not my med when suggested. In the end and few thousand later told to drink a lot of coffee and lose weight. Stopped my statin and liver enzymes back to normal. Then never call me back to treat problem in esophagus. Months later email question since acid reflux getting worse and three week later get a call that they pre-auth aplasia procedure and no other info. Definitely not continuing with Walker

Took several weeks to get an appointment. Waited for an hour and half to see the doctor. Had procedure done and was assured that he would call with results in 7 - 10 days. Two weeks later still hadn't gotten results so went to his office and talked to staff who promised his nurse would call later that afternoon with results. No one called and when we called back the next day were told they don't work on Fridays. Total indifference to patients and their needs. Would never recommend this dr to anyone and will definitely be finding a new gastroenterologist!!!
