Dr. John Robert Wedlake, MD

We've now known Dr. Wedlake for 4 years, and in that time, I can honestly say he has saved my life twice. He is caring, knowledgeable, and always takes as much time as we need during visits. I recently saw him in the hospital for an emergency, and he literally stopped his day in clinic to come immediately to ensure we were okay. If it weren't for him, who knows what could have happened. He's the best!!

I have suffered with migraines since I was a small child, and it took seeing multiple drs and reaching into my 30's to find Dr. Wedlake and he has helped me so much that I haven't had a horrendous migraine in over a year! Headaches still come and go but nothing like it use to be. He gave me my life back!!

I had a stroke 6 months ago and had been in and out of ER for several days..I went to wedlake bcuz hes local andhe did nothing for me..looked at me in the hall and said he doesn't believe I'm having seizures..he was very rude to my wife..he didn't look at any paperwork from hospitals or listen to me..he prescribed keppra which had he listened he'd known it doesn't work..then vimpat the suicide give you another stroke drug..then when I said it doesn't work he said he wont prescribe anything else, leaving me to daily seizures multiple times a day..I'm pretty sure I now have permanent brain damage due to them..I found a new real neurologist and we are trying to figure it out..I am filing a lawsuit against him and his business and will win. Do not go to this place for help.

saw dr. wedlake because i was told i had seizures. he said i had migraines that were causing me to pass out and after starting treatment i havent passed out in 4 months. dr. wedlake is awesome!

Very knowledgeable Dr., he is the type of doctor that will listen and understand your problem.. My sons are epileptic, and I’ve been looking for a doctor like Dr Wedlake for 20 years. I strongly recommend him as a neurologist. The staff personnel are very also very friendly and professional. I give Dr. Weblake and his crew a 5+ star!

Dr. Wedlake has made such a difference in our lives. He was the only doctor that LISTENED long enough to our family that something wasn't right with my husband. My husband has since been diagnosed with Progressive Supernuclear Palsy (sp?) and Dr. Wedlake has been fantastic. He actually LISTENS to his patients, takes time with them, and is never "rushed" during our visits. I know the man is busy, because his clinic is always FULL of patients, but you would never know it by how he takes his time with us. We couldn't be happier with our care (he takes the time ensure I'm doing well every visit also, as he knows the challenges caretakers can face). Anyone looking for one of the best doctors I have ever encountered, please get in touch with Dr. Wedlake!!! He's the best!
